How is my overall rating calculated?
Your overall score is a weighted average of your category scores. You can customise the weight of each category in the app's Settings → Categories screen to reflect what matters most to you.
Can I make my profile private?
Ratings and reviews are currently public to other r8r users. Private profiles are on our roadmap. We'll let you know when that's available.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. If you're having trouble, email us and we'll handle it manually.
A piece of media has wrong or missing information. What do I do?
Media metadata (titles, posters, release dates) comes from OMDb, TVmaze, Google Books, and IGDB. If something looks wrong, let us know at simon@himon.dev and we'll look into it.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email simon@himon.dev with a short description of what happened and what you expected to happen. Screenshots are always helpful.
